Unofficial Scrap Patch

Description

The Unofficial Scrap Patch fixes more than 300 objects that did not reward the correct amounts or types of scrap. In addition, this patch:

• Fixes issues where scrap recipes had the wrong record types assigned as components (Note: This is less of an issue today, but at launch, those objects yielded no components when scrapped.)
• Fixes issues where scrap recipes had been assigned unnecessary workbench keywords
• Fixes issues where scrap recipes had not been assigned pick up and put down sounds
• Fixes issues where some objects were not assigned to appropriate scrap recipes

Changes to component rewards are varied but conservative. For example, an additional unit of Steel was added in one recipe and a single unit of Copper now appears in another. Where possible, component rewards were changed based on the visual appearance of the object but care was taken to avoid creating any balance issues.
